How to sign up for StayRewards?

Go to dashboard.stayrewards.io, and sign in with your email using the verification code sent to your inbox. Once inside, you just need to fill in your hotel's information to get started.

How to connect StayRewards to Cloudbeds?

Log in to StayRewards and go to Settings > Integrations. There you will find the button to easily connect your Cloudbeds account.

Specific integration functionality

StayRewards synchronizes bidirectionally with Cloudbeds to eliminate manual management of loyalty programs. The integration performs the following main functions:

  • Guest Profile Synchronization: Every time a reservation is created or updated in Cloudbeds, StayRewards identifies the guest by their email and automatically links them to their loyalty account.
  • Automatic Points Calculation After Check-out: When the reservation status changes to "Checked Out" in Cloudbeds, StayRewards calculates the points earned based on the booking information and credits them to the user's profile without human intervention.
  • Real-Time Rewards Redemption: Guests can redeem their points for benefits (free nights, upgrades, or services). When doing so, StayRewards generates a note or alert directly on the corresponding reservation within the Cloudbeds Dashboard so reception staff is informed.
  • Customer Segmentation by History: The integration extracts historical stay data to classify guests into tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold), allowing different earning rules to be applied directly from the StayRewards engine.
